Xiaomi claims that the UFS 3.0 flash memory on the Mi 10 is optimized for architecture, and the write speed can exceed 700MB/s. In other core configurations, Xiaomi Mi 10 will use LPDDR5 memory, WiFi 6, UFS 3.0 storage, Snapdragon 865 processor, and vertically aligned Quad-cameras with 108MP main sensor.
We already know that in the basic version, the Xiaomi Mi 10 will offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. There will be a version with 256GB of native memory, and the upper modification will get 12GB of RAM + 512GB of internal memory.
