The first quarter of 2020 will mark the debut of OPPO Find X2, the successor of the revolutionary (in its own way) top of the range launched some time ago. But the design is still an unknown, but according to the patent disclosed and made public by the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China, the possible designs of Oppo Find X2 are shown in all its revolutionary aspects.
Starting from the rear side, as you can see in the cover image, we have a photographic compartment with three sensors and an LED flash located on the far left. What strikes you is the “moon” arrangement of these cameras, all placed around a section of a circle. It is surprising that we only find three sensors and no more (like Xiaomi Mi Note 10 ). Unfortunately, there is no description referring to this circular section that is in the back of the device.
This peculiarity speaks volumes about the philosophy of the brand that could decide, unlike Xiaomi, not to overdo the equipment and still aim for a high-quality device. As we can see that the rear does not show any Oppo writing, present in other devices of the brand and therefore it is bare, which we are not used to.
On the left side, there is the volume rocker while on the right side the power button. From the file, we also see that the alleged Oppo Find X2 does not have any holes, neither as regards the camera nor the one dedicated to the headphone jack.
In fact, at the front camera level, we will find a pop-up camera as for Redmi K20, different from the sliding mechanism of the first Find X. The display, as mentioned, will be of true full screen-type without any contamination of notches or unwatchable holes.
As usual, we remind you that patents are not synonymous with reliability: these are products that may never see the light, or undergo changes in the development phase. Anyway, wanting to take the design of OPPO Find X2 for good… what do you think? Do we have a worthy successor to the first model?
