Last year at the MWC in Barcelona HMD Global presented the flagship smartphone Nokia 9 PureView. Fans waited a long time but as a result many disappointed. Now it turns out that the second generation model will not be announced at MWC 2020, but only at the end of the year.
Nokia anew informant (@nokia_anew) has announced that the release of the new flagship Nokia 9.2 PureView camera is delayed until the end of 2020.
The presentation is due in the fall. According to an insider, the device will work on the top chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. According to previous leaks, the device will be equipped with a 5G-modem and a Penta camera, like the predecessor, but with improved sensors.
Representatives of HMD Global at MWC 2019 have announced the planned release of Nokia 9.2 PureView, however, the terms have not been specified. Earlier rumors about the possible appearance of the Nokia 9.1 have also not been confirmed.
Original Nokia PureView 9 presented in February last year. The heart of the gadget was the Snapdragon 845, and the focus was on photo opportunities. But despite the presence of five main cameras, the device failed the DxoMark lab test.
