Preparing to start introducing new devices to the markets where it operates, Realme recently released more information about one of the devices to be launched in the coming days: the Realme 5i intermediary. After we see the device in question being approved by the Realme C3 company, new information arrives and includes possible pictures of the new mobile phone, the complete technical file, and a recently performed benchmark.
The new Realme 5i was seen in the Geekbench application test base, thus revealing more information about its expected performance for the set in question.
The device that appears identified as Realme RMX2030 managed to get 314 and 1,543 points in the single-core, as well as 1,389 and 5,602 in the multi-core, these results being different due to application in different versions of the app ( Geekbench 5.1.0 and 4.4.2, respectively). According to data on Geekbench, Realme 5i has a Snapdragon 665 chip, 4GB of RAM, a device running Android 9 Pie and is expected to come with ColorOS 6 interface.
In addition, Speaking specifically of the hardware embedded in the new device, information indicates that this will be a device virtually identical to the already known Realme 5, differing only by the lower resolution front camera (from 13MP to 8MP) and different options of RAM and storage. It can be pointed out that it will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset accompanied by either 3 / 32GB or 4 / 64GB and a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging.
Visually, the handset will come in the same format already known, incorporating a 6.5 “IPS LCD screen with 20: 9 HD + resolution and will differentiate from the older brother thanks to the more sober finish, abandoning the already traditional polygonal identity of the brand, as can be seen in the images above.
For now, there is no information about the official prices that will be practiced by the brand in making Realme 5i available, but it is expected that this information will be revealed soon, given that the company has officially confirmed its launch for January 6th.
