The s5 is the upcoming Vivo smartphone that will be officially presented tomorrow in China. We got to know its specification last week and now Just a few days before the launch, Vivo S5 has just visited the Geekbench performance benchmark page, and thanks to that, some configuration information of this phone has been confirmed.
The Vivo mid-range device was registered with the Vivo V1932A model number and in the results achieved in the Geekbech performance tests, the phone scored 1884 points for the single-core test and 6069 points for the multi-core test. These numbers match the results usually achieved by Snapdragon 712.
What interests us most, however, are the technical specifications leaked from these first benchmark results. We can, therefore, note how the future Vivo S5 will be powered by a Qualcomm processor, or the SoC Snapdragon 712. To accompany this processor we will also find 8GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of internal storage. As for the operating system, strangely it seems that we will still find Android 9 Pie onboard.
In addition to this information, we have further interesting news thanks to previous rumors and certifications leaked online in recent weeks. Some time ago, for example, the device received TENAA certification. According to what reported on the latter, Vivo S5 will be distributed in two versions with different photographic compartments.
The first version will have a triple rear camera with 48MP + 8MP + 5MP photographic sensors. The second version, on the other hand, will have a Penta rear camera with 48MP + 8MP + 5MP + 2MP sensors respectively. Vivo S5 is expected to debut tomorrow, November 14 in China, but the retail price is still unknown.
