Meizu launched its flagship 16s this year. Now the phone is getting ready for the Pro model. Recently, the company has sent two new smartphones to Chinese certification authorities. They received model numbers M973Q and M928Q. Judging by the available information, the M973Q version is an improved modification of the Meizu 16s device. It will go to market under the name Meizu 16s Pro.
In addition, the Meizu 16s Pro render leaked to the network, revealing the design of the new product. If you believe this image, then this unit is equipped with a curved display without a cutout in the upper part. At the same time, the side frames are very small.
The lower and upper frames are also small, even taking into account the presence of a front camera in the upper part of the case. The fingerprint scanner is located below the display. The triple camera module is located on the rear panel, it has a vertical orientation. An annular flash is located under the camera module.
From other sources, it was found out that the Meizu 16s Pro smartphone supports fast charging with 24 watts of power. In addition, some characteristics of the camera were disclosed. The main camera module is based on the 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor. Additionally, the presence of a 20MP module with a telephoto lens was reported.
Almost nothing is known about the technical component of the Meizu 16s Pro. You can only speculate that the flagship will be based on the Snapdragon 855 platform, it will receive at least 6GB of RAM, an improved camera, proprietary fast-charging and, possibly, it can be charged wirelessly.
The device, which will use Flyme OS 8 based on the Android 9 Pie, will also provide an easy-to-use interface and the smartphone is powered by a 3600mAh battery. For now, the only thing we know about the phone, there is no information on the timing of the official presentation and the estimated price of the Meizu 16s Pro smartphone. Given the certification passed, most likely, sales will begin soon.
