Chuwi MiniBook is the most compacted laptop with powerful desktop configurations. Designed for work and play while you are on-the-go. The Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for the new Chuwi MiniBook started just about hours ago, but they are already reporting that the main target goal is 100% completed. So now it’s time for some extra stretch goals and seems like if the raised money can reach more then $200K USD and has already reached 800% of its funding goal. The device features an Intel Core m3 8100Y processor, 8GB LPDDR3 memory, 128GB of storage, and supports M.2 SSD expansion.
CHUWI MiniBook will be sporting just an 8-inch IPS screen, but it will be fully adjustable with 360-degree rotation similar to the Yoga models so will be usable in both laptop/tablet mode. Inside we will find the latest Intel Core M3-8100Y processor supported by 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128 GB eMMC memory, but with a free M.2 SSD NVMe slot it would be a shame to keep it empty. And despite the tiny size the makers managed to force in ultra-narrow border full-sized keyboard. The battery will be also pretty impressive with 26,6Wh capacity and charging through fully functional USB Type-C port will be fast with PD 2.0 fast charging, And if you take a good look at the pictures you will also discover USB 3.0 port and HDMI port.
CHUWI MiniBook has two versions for sale: the standard version with Celeron N4100 processor and the high-end version equipped with Core M3-8100Y processor.
