Xiaomi confirmed that it will launch the Mi 9T smartphone on June 12 at a global level. However, many leaks have already stated that in practice this equipment will be a Redmi K20 under another name. Now that Mi 9T has appeared in Geekbench, all doubts have ended. The Mi 9T is, in fact, the Redmi K20.
The Geekbench list shows the Xiaomi Mi 9T pre-installed Android 9 Pie operating system and has 6GB of RAM. Instead of the name of the processor, the information refers to the code name ‘DaVinci’. Testing showed that the device has a performance point of 2540 single-core and 6911 multi-core performance points.
Before the launch of the Redmi K20 smartphone and Redmi K20 Pro, the report revealed that the duo has codenamed Da Vinci and Raphael. Therefore, mentioning the image name ‘DaVinci’ in the Geekbench is another evidence that this is the Redmi K20. Therefore, Mi 9T has configuration parameters like Redmi K20.
Reportedly, Xiaomi Mi 9T will own 6.39 inch AMOLED screen with a borderless design, equipped with Snapdragon 730 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB ROM. In addition, the device comes pre-loaded with Android 9 Pie operating system with MIUI 10 interface.
The front is a 20MP self-pop-up camera (turned on), the system of 3 rear cameras includes Main camera 48MP + 8MP + 13MP. In addition, the device has a capacity of 4000mAh battery support fast charging capacity of 18W. Expected, Xiaomi Mi 9T will have 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM, 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM, 8GB RAM and 256GB ROM. These versions will cost $403, $426 and $561 with Carbon Black, Glacier Blue, and Flame Red versions.
