Estimate now in the final stretch for the presentation of the first flagship Redmi, since “become independent” from the parent Xiaomi, and as we already know the presentation of Redmi K20 series will become on the 28th of this month. So far we know almost everything about the features of the new flagship, apart from the prices of its various variants.
So today, in a new message at Weibo, Mr. Jiutang, a Xiaomi Industry Investor Relations partner, in addition to finding that Xiaomi has released many quality products, was tempted to make a forecast of the prices variants of the Redmi K20.
So, he said, he believes the Redmi K20 prices will range from $280 to $579 for the most expensive model of the Redmi K20. Although it’s just an appreciation and not an official announcement of prices by Redmi itself, however, it seems to be somewhat reasonable for the prices for the features they will have.
Do not forget we will have 2 devices, the simple Redmi K20, and the flagship Redmi K20 that will be wearing the Snapdragon 855 Soc. Both devices will have a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a fingerprint scanner on the screen and Gorilla Glass 6 protection.
The device will come in combinations of 6GB and 8GB of RAM, and 64/128 / 256GB of storage, and in terms of cameras, it will have a 20MP pop-up selfie camera and a set of three cameras on the back that will be combined with 48MP / 8MP and 6MP sensors. Of course, we do not yet know for sure whether optical stabilization in the camera ( OIS ) or software stabilization.
In addition to the above, with regard to the battery, the Redmi K20 PRO will contain a battery at 4000mAh, and will, of course, support a 27W fast charging, but it is not yet certain whether it will have wireless charging. Both devices should support NFC and have a 3.5 “jack for headphones.
With the Redmi and Xiaomi executives running from time to time, the Redmi K20 PRO will have many improvements in the cooling industry – new manufacturing innovations and software improvements, and based on the latest announcements will of course also support Xiaomi’s Game Turgo, which will further enhance the performance of Gaming devices.
We believe Redmi’s new smartphone prices will be lower than Pan Jiutang’s estimates, and perhaps the most expensive version of the Redmi K20 will not exceed $500 but have a top $450.
