Vivo announced then introduced the new range of iQOO gaming smartphones last 1st March in several editions of RAM and storage. There is also the Monster version of the phone that has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and has a price tag of 4298 yuan (about $641). However, the Chinese firm today announced a new variant of the phone offering a 12GB RAM and a native storage option of 128GB.
The storage variant Vivo iQOO 12GB RAM + 128GB is available as an opto-blue option and carries a price tag of 3698 yuan (about $551). On April 14, the Chinese manufacturer will make smartphone reservations. The new variant comes with the same specifications as the other editions of the phone.
The base model of the Vivo iQOO comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is priced at 2998 yuan (about $447). This is the only model that comes with a 22.5W fast charge option. The remaining models, including the one announced today, feature a more impressive 44W fast charge option.
The other variants of the Vivo iQOO such as 8GB of RAM + 128GB of storage, 8GB of RAM + 256GB of storage, are priced at 3298 yuan (about $491) and 3598 yuan (about $536) respectively.
The Vivo iQOO phone comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD + AMOLED display with a drop-shaped notch and a built-in fingerprint reader. It is equipped with a triple rear camera module that includes a 12MP + 13MP + 2MP camera and a 12MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone is powered by a large battery of 4000mAh.
Now, users who need a lot of RAM, but do not need a very capacious drive, got the opportunity to purchase the Vivo iQOO version with 12GB of RAM and a 128GB flash module. Such a device costs $550, and its sales will begin tomorrow.
