Huawei announced and launched the new P30 and P30 Pro this week. So in the rum grinder, the eyes are starting to turn to the future. In the second half of the year, Huawei is expected to be back with the Mate 30 Series.
Now the new developments in the Mate 30 series have emerged from an interview story published by the Malaysian Amanz site. Huawei Director Bruce Li commented that the Huawei Mate 30 is already in the internal testing phase and will be released between the month of September and October. It is with some surprise that we receive this information through an official representative. Whereas, certainly the big goal is to keep the focus on your newly launched smartphones.
Still, these statements only confirm what we would have expected. The new Mate family smartphones are usually released at this time of year, bringing with them the latest Huawei-developed processor.
So far, not much concrete information has come up about this new Huawei processor. The rumors that have circulated indicate that it will be called Kirin 985 and will be produced through a process of 7nm EUV.
Although it has not been confirmed, it is expected that in addition to a considerable increase in its processing capacities, it will also arrive with great improvements in the field of artificial intelligence.
With the introduction of the Huawei P30 Pro, it was once again confirmed that the major priorities of the manufacturer are focused on the photographic segment. Keeping its usual strategies, it is expected that the Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro will arrive with even more improvements in this segment.
But it is still too early to do any further speculation. Of course, over the next few weeks, we will start to see more information about Huawei’s upcoming top-of-the-range Mate 30 products.
