It promises a really fantastic 2019 thanks to the presence of top range like Huawei Mate X and Samsung Galaxy Fold. Let us remember, however, that folding devices are only brief anticipation of what will come from here to the next few months. We are all looking forward to the Samsung Galaxy S10 and OnePlus 7, just to give an example, but remember that around the corner there is also Huawei P30 and P30 Pro.
After the success of Huawei Mate 20 Pro with its triple camera and the super battery we expect improvements also from P30, but given the level of optimization achieved for the company, it will be really difficult to overtake once again. Compared with Mate 20 Pro, the sensor for 3D facial recognition would not appear to be present. In fact, from the images shown on the net, it is possible to see how the display has only a hole in the upper part.
Obviously, Huawei P30 Pro will not be equipped with this feature and will be based on a very simple 2D facial scanning system. The edges of the screen are then slightly curved by resuming those of Samsung. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine the thickness of the frames, but we can be sure that Huawei will do a good job even from this point of view.
In one of the image, we also find the space that will be occupied by the sensor ID place below the display AMOLED.
Also, on the background of the P30, the older version will highlight the additional sensor of the main camera, as well as its advanced capabilities in terms of zoom. Combine the models will be gradient colors of the case of glass and metal, Kirin 980 chipset and EMUI 9 on Android 9 Pie. The official presentation of the P30 family will be held March 26 in Paris.
