We are counting the remaining hours so that the presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S10 and the first Samsung folding phone begins. There are few details that we have known about the Galaxy S10, not to say that by now everything has leaked, even on television. The phone that we have seen virtually nothing is the folding phone, which is wrapped in a halo of mystery. This phone we did not know what name it would have, although finally it seems that it will be called Galaxy Fold .

Like many other leaks that we have been bringing you for years, it has been Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter) who has leaked this name. Given the reputation that this user has in the filtering community and that all the information that has been brought to date has been fulfilled, we fully trust that Samsung Galaxy Fold is the definitive name for Samsung’s first folding smartphone.
If we stop to think a bit, we know practically nothing about the Samsung Galayx Fold. Being in front of a launch of such dimensions, it seems that Samsung has placed special emphasis on not leaking anything about his first folding smartphone. If really tomorrow is his official presentation, at this point we do not know more than what he showed us a few months ago and that is that we have not seen any images or filtered features beyond some details about his battery.
The name does not seem very original. Samsung Galaxy Fold emphasizes the main attraction of this terminal which is the central fold that it will have on its main screen. And yes, we say main because according to what we could see, the Samsung Galaxy Fold will have a large screen that will have the ability to fold in half inward. When the phone is folded, we can continue interacting with him on a second screen that will be on the outside of the terminal.
About its features, we can imagine that it will have the best of the best, such as the Exynos 9820 processor or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 along with about 8GB of RAM. The resolution of the screens we hope is high enough that due to the large size of the main screen does not negatively affect the image quality. That said, we hope that Samsung unveils everything about the Samsung Galaxy Fold in tomorrow’s Unpacked.
