Redmi has just begun to walk on his legs after having detached from the big mother-house Xiaomi presenting his first device: Redmi Note 7. Before launching for some time it was thought that this smartphone could be called Redmi 7, but things went differently. But now a new phone appears on the horizon and this should be called Redmi 7.
The model identified by the codes M180F6LC, M180F6LE and M180F6LT have been certified in China by the 3C agency after last week in Singapore the M1806FLG device was certified, whose commercial name is Redmi 7. Given the clear resemblance of the codes, there is, therefore, to think that it is the same device and that it is getting closer and closer to the official presentation.
This is indirectly confirmed by the recent leak, by a Russian YouTuber, of Redmi 7 Pro, a model that is likely to join Redmi 7 along with Redmi 7A, thus completing the lineup as we have known it to date. Unfortunately, however, no details have yet emerged on the smartphone except that it will be accompanied by a 5 V / 2 A charger.
Last January, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun said that Redmi 7 would go on sale at a “popular” price of 700-800 yuan (around $103-118) within the first half of the year. At this point, we can only hope that the TENAA soon publish the specifications of the phone so as to have a complete picture.
