The Oregon-based CTL company has just launched a Chromebook tablet called Tablet Tx1, the main education market. It has rugged features, a 9.7″ @ 2048 x 1536 resolution screen, a Chrome OS operating system, and a Wacom EMR stylus. The machine has access to Google’s products and other applications supported by Chrome OS. Up to 10 hours of battery life, meeting the needs of the school.
The stylus does not require a battery, is moisture-proof and waterproof, and supports interaction with the built-in app (writing and drawing).
The processor is a six-core OP1 with four Cortex-A53 cores and two Cortex-A72 cores, complemented by 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM (supporting microSD expansion). The camera is a combination of front 2MP + 5MP with a USB-C charging interface.

CTL plans to release Tablet Tx1 tablets in the US and Europe by the end of next month. In addition, the company offers a service called Fast Track that provides major customers with free domestic delivery, five-day repairs, or autonomous repairs.
