UMIDIGI has just announced its new phone UMIDIGI One Max, which is an incremental upgrade of the UMIDIGI One Pro. And now there’s a video already available to take a first look at the One Max. As you can see, the waterdrop full screen and twilight gradient color are fascinating!
The UMIDIGI One Max features a 6.3-inch 19:9 waterdrop full-screen display that we’ve seen on OnePlus 6T and Huawei Mate 20. The use of water drop design enables the display to be expanded to achieve a 91.5% screen ratio which is pretty impressive.
The One Max comes with two variants, the twilight and carbon fiber. From the video and photos, the One Max does catch your eyes with its twilight hue and double-side 2.5D glass. Also, the shiny steel frame is very attractive.
On the camera end, the One Max packs a dual camera set up at the rear which is a 12MP+5MP combo. The main sensor is an OV12870 sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a large 1/2.8″ optical format. The dual camera is proved before that can provide advanced bokeh effect. On the other hand, the front camera is a 16MP high-resolution selfie camera.
Like the UMIDIGI One Pro, The One Max sports a fingerprint sensor and it is placed on the right side, on top of the power button, a design choice first made by Sony. Also, it features a 3.5mm audio jack that is missed in most flagship phones now. In addition, the dual speakers can make you have a decent multimedia experience.
The UMIDIGI One Max will be up for pre-order at a presale price of $179.99 from December 10. And UMIDIGI now is globally recruiting 10 trial users for the One Max, so there will be 10 lucky users to get it for free.
