Beelink had a good year, with several devices announced, including a few that got quite popular overseas (like Beelink P1 and Beling P2, which are based on Intel Z3735F). But now the hottest platform is Amlogic S905, and Beelink decided to launch not one, but two Mini PC’s with this SoC: Beelink M18 and Beelink MX64. Here we will talk about the Beelink M18.
Beelink M18 TV box has 2GB of DDR3 RAM, quad core 64-bit ARM Cortex-A53 CPU (up to 2.0GHz) with penta-core Mali-450MP GPU, 2.4G / 5.8G WiFi and Gigabit Ethernet (which means that is using the better S905 platform).
S905 is known for for it’s HDMI 2.0 output, which promises up to 4K/2160p @ 60Hz or 3D-HD 1080Px2 and 10-bit HEVC (H.265) hardware decoding. It also supports Miracast DLNA. Device is running Android 5.1.
Beelink M18 has eMMC Flash 16GB Rom . Beelink M18 also benefit from an external wi-fi antenna, as it helps for better wifi signal.
The pre-installed KodiMate, Netflix, YouTube and other big apps will make the Android box works immediately. I found the price of just 55.99 dollars an amazing deal for this device. I would recommend Beelink M18 for everyone who is searching for an Android TV Box unless you want to play an Horizon Go app to watch some live television.
