In the last few weeks, several video renderings have appeared on the web, concerning some smartphone projects published by different channels. The latest in terms of time is the “Nokia 9“, published on the YouTube channel of Science and Knowledge and shows a device almost without frames.

The smartphone has a very thin frame at the top of the display and the overall design is quite interesting. The concept of Nokia 9 is made of metal and glass, like most modern smartphones.
The device is equipped with a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED Infinity display with QHD + resolution (2880 x 1440). The Nokia 9 is also IP68 certified for water and dust resistance with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both the front and back of the phone. As you can see the smartphone will feature a fingerprint reader integrated with the screen.
There is also the 3.5 mm headphone jack, a speaker, mic, and a type-C interface on the bottom of the device, while on the back there is a dual camera configuration. The two cameras are vertically aligned, while the LED flash is below them.
Android should be implemented in version 9.0. All physical buttons are implemented on the right side of the phone, while the SIM tray is accessible from the left.
The Nokia 9 will be powered by a Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 855 chipset along with Adreno 710. The smartphone was conceived in three variants, with 6GB, and 8GB of RAM and with 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB memories.
Two cameras would be implemented on the back of the device with 20MP and 16MP sensors with f/1.6 aperture, while a 20MP dual camera with a flash on the front.
To power the device we find a 4100mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 of Qualcomm. We’ll see if a similar smartphone will ever be officially announced or will remain a simple concept.
We do not know what HMD Global will decide for, but about the concept, the price of Nokia 9 will cost 850 euros or approximately and in it will release in the first quarter of 2019. Write in the comments if this rate seems to be interesting to you.
