It seems that Oppo intends to upgrade its line of mid-range smartphones, although the information on the subject is scarce. Just over a month after getting NCC certification in Taiwan, an Oppo unidentified smartphone with the model number CPH1879 is currently on the company’s official website, an indication that it may hit the shelves soon.
Unlike the information on the NCC website in Taiwan, there are some previously unknown details that have now been revealed on the official website. The device is indicated to present a Full HD + screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2340. Although the screen size has not been revealed, the information says that it will be a multi-touch capacitive screen, probably with a large AMOLED panel and a drop- Water.
The Oppo CPH1879 present on the band’s official website also indicates that the device will bring Android 8.1 Oreo from the factory, and will be powered by the Octa-core chipset Snapdragon 670 SoC, and with that clarified l, it is likely that the device will come with a price that puts it between the Oppo R17 Pro with the SD 710 and the Oppo F9 with the MediaTek Helio P60 processor .
Let’s not say anything more about this still mysterious device but it is likely that it can be released as part of the Oppo A series, given that the Oppo A3 released some time ago has the model number CPH1837.
