This Xiaomi Pocophone F1 Phone comes with Oreo-based on MIUI 9.6.8.1 And out of the box, but it looks like updating to Android 9 is not far off, because the latest version of Android has been found in Geekbench’s device.
This version of the Pocophone F1 was tested yesterday and the test results show that it has 6 GB of RAM. The rating is lower than the version running Android 8.1 Oreo, which means there are still a lot of optimizations.

At present, Pocophone F1 has been officially launched in India.
