ASUS has attracted the attention of the public this year with its products, in addition to the Zenfone 5 family, which has already launched in several countries, in addition to Zenfone Max Pro, which is the first device of the Taiwanese brand not having the interface own brand, Zen UI. This model has a “pure” Android-based look, similar to what is seen on Motorola devices.
The Zenfone Max Pro spots a 6-inch HD+ screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 and a long-lasting 5000 mAh battery to deliver the slogan of “Limitless Gaming”. It will carry an octa-core Snapdragon 636 SoC and operating system will be the Android 8.1 Oreo.
The smartphone is available in 2 storage options of 3GB + 32GB and 6GB + 64GB, but only the 6GB + 64GB version is confirmed to support the NFC ( near-field communication ) function. The ZenFone Max Pro has also equipped with 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras and 8MP front camera.
The device was revealed as a temporary exclusive to India a few months ago and has a great focus on battery life without losing a good performance that is delivered thanks to the Snapdragon 636 processor in the model with its eight 1.8 GHz cores.
According to business insiders, the new Smartphone will be available for purchase on July 27 in Taiwan at a price of 1500 yuan ($224) for the 3GB/32GB version, and 1960 yuan ($292) for the 6GB/64GB version. It is to be confirmed whether both versions will be put on sale at the same time.
Now it looks like it’s due to hit more markets, starting with Taiwan, where they confirmed that the Zenfone Max Pro will land in the country next July 24, with the manufacturer already delivering invitations to the local press.
