Right now Huawei is applying for a patent about its own quick charge. And this kind of patent will be used on Huawei Mate 9. According to the latest report, Huawei has registered a trademark named SuperCharge, which can be the official name of Huawei quick charge in the near future. Huawei has shown an experimental quick charge technology, which can be charge a 3000mAh battery to half power in 5 minutes.
Huawei has emphasized it is totally different from the traditional quick charge about its own quick charge technology. It introduces heteroatomic changes the molecular structure of graphite anode, and will not affect the energy density and battery life.
Huawei Mate 9 has spotted in GFXBench before, It comes with 5.9inch 1080P screen, running Android7.0 OS, 4GB RAM+64GB ROM, 8MP front camera and 12MP back camera, 2.6Ghz frequency, Mali-T880 GPU, it is said to be powered by Kirin 960.
It’s reported that Kirin 960 will support original CDMA network, LTE Cat.12, 16nm processing, Artemis+A53 architecture and Octa core GPU. Huawei Mate 9 will come out in November, 2016. Let’s stay tuned.
